1. Introduction

Watson AI Consulting ("Watson AI," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. By using the Site or providing us with your information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

2. Who We Are

Watson AI Consulting is an AI transformation consulting firm based in Boise, Idaho. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Watson AI Consulting is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. You can reach us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect information you choose to give us, including when you:

This information may include your name, business email address, phone number, employer, role, and any information you include in messages or assessment responses.

Payment information. When you purchase a service, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. The payment processor handles your card details under its own privacy and security terms.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and activity, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking Technologies").

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, such as business contact databases, referral partners, or social and professional networks (for example, when you connect with us or respond to outreach on LinkedIn).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and deliver our assessments and consulting services

• Score and interpret assessment results and share them with you

• Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services

• Improve our Site, content, and services

• Protect against fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EU and UK Users)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use only strictly necessary cookies that are required for the Site to function properly. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. Because we use only essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. You can still control or block cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site functions.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

Service providers. We share information with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect your information. These currently include providers for assessment delivery (ScoreApp, Typeform), customer relationship management and email automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), scheduling (Calendly), proposals and e-signature (PandaDoc), payments (Stripe), workflow automation (Zapier), and website hosting (GoDaddy).

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Watson AI, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your direction. We share information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.

8. Data Collected on Behalf of Client Organizations

When we deliver assessments or services to a client organization, we may collect and process personal information about that organization's employees or representatives (such as names, email addresses, and assessment responses) on the client's behalf. In those cases, the client organization is the controller of that information and is responsible for its lawful collection and for any notices to its personnel. We process that information only to provide our services and in accordance with our agreement with the client.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You may submit a request using the contact details below, and you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

12. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect may be processed in the United States or other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

13. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

14. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
